Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Opened or used cookware accessories
- Opened food storage containers
- Small appliances that have been used
Return Process

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
As we only offer cash on delivery, refunds will be processed in the form of replacement product once the returned item is received and inspected. We do not issue cash refunds.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
